  • Yin: Grounding, meditative classes that invite stillness and open the deeper layers of fascia and emotion

  • Pyro Pilates: Uplifting, energetic, and playful class that invites you to explore both physical and mental strength. Expect a mix of Pilates-inspired flows, cardio bursts, and functional strength work—all set to an energizing playlist.
