Come home to your body. Move with intention. Heal with heart

Our Classes

  • 26 & 2

We offer a few soulful spins on the classical 26 & 2 practice — from the full 90-minute sequence to a condensed 60-minute flow for when life moves fast. You can move to music with our playlist-powered version (think: fewer cues, more feeling), or turn up the energy with a fusion class that blends structure with vinyasa-style flow. Whether you're here for tradition, tempo, or a little of both, there's a mat waiting for you.

  • Vinyasa

Our vinyasa classes range from slow and soulful to strong and sweaty — all rooted in breath, intention, and body-led movement. Some days call for deep stretch and softness, others for heat and heart-pumping flow. Whether you’re moving gently in yin, building strength in power flow, or somewhere in between, each class invites you to tune in, move with purpose, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

  • Yin

Our yin classes are an invitation to slow way down. Think long, supported holds, deep stretches, and even deeper exhales. This is your space to soften, release, and reset — physically, emotionally, and energetically. No striving, no pressure — just stillness, breath, and the permission to do less so you can feel more.

  • Pilates + HIIT

This class brings the heat — literally. A fiery blend of Pilates core work, low-impact HIIT, and breath-fueled movement, it’s designed to ignite your strength from the inside out. Expect pulsing, planking, and playful burn (with modifications always). It’s fun, it’s sweaty, it’s unapologetically energizing

  • Meditation

Stillness is a practice — and like all practices, it gets richer the more gently you approach it. Our meditation offerings are designed to help you drop beneath the surface and reconnect with breath, awareness, and inner quiet. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the practice, these sessions are an invitation to pause, soften, and come home to yourself — one breath at a time.

  • Kirtan

Come as you are, and let the music do the rest. Kirtan is a heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting that invites connection, devotion, and community through sound. No experience (or singing voice) required — just a willingness to be moved. Grounded in tradition but open to all, this is soul medicine in its purest, most joyful form.
