I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, mood challenges, and the messy, meaningful transitions that come with being human. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest—without judgment, pressure, or pretense.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens when we feel both supported and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, build insight, and develop tools that help you feel more balanced, connected, and steady in your day-to-day life.

In addition to my clinical training, I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and meditation guide. I naturally integrate mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and mind–body practices into sessions when it feels supportive—offering options to move beyond just talking and into deeper awareness and regulation.

I take a holistic, integrative approach, recognizing that mental health is shaped not only by our internal experiences, but also by the environments, relationships, and stressors we move through every day. Therapy with me is personalized and flexible, meeting you exactly where you are.

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar—but it can also be a powerful step toward feeling more like yourself.

If you’re ready, I’d love to connect.

My Approach

Human, collaborative, and rooted in connection (with a little room for laughter, too). I take a person-centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed approach, while weaving in holistic and somatic practices to support both mind and body. Some days we’re building insight, some days we’re just getting through—and both are welcome here.

🦈🏂✨Fun Fact: I’ve swum with sharks and love snowboarding—so yeah, I’m comfortable riding waves…in and out of the therapy room 😉
