IteExpect a mix of science-backed support, soul-centered care, and zero judgment. We’re down-to-earth, deeply compassionate, and sometimes a little irreverent (in the best way). Your story is safe here. You can expect to feel seen, heard, and believed. You can also expect a very human therapist who isnt afraid to show up radically genuine with you.

Infrared heat gently warms your body from the inside out—like the warmth of the sun on your skin (without the UV). Unlike traditional hot yoga heat, it doesn’t blast hot air into the room. Instead, it helps you sweat more efficiently while supporting:
🔥 Muscle recovery & flexibility
💧 Detoxification & circulation
😌 Stress reduction & nervous system regulation
💤 Better sleep and immune function
✨ A deeper mind-body connection
Basically: it’s heat with healing benefits.
