This monthly workshop is a space for parents to come together, get support, and learn how to navigate the real-life topics our kids are facing today. From phone safety and social media to mental health, substance use, body image, and more—we’ll explore how to approach these conversations in ways that feel honest, age-appropriate, and grounded in connection.

You don’t have to get it perfect—you just have to be willing to show up.

Come as you are, ask questions, share experiences, and leave feeling more confident and supported in how you talk with your kids.

Meditation Group (6-Week Series)

You don’t have to “clear your mind” to meditate—and you definitely don’t have to do it perfectly.

This 6-week meditation group is a space to slow down, reconnect, and learn simple, supportive practices that help you feel more present in your body and your life. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be guided through techniques that build awareness, reduce stress, and create a greater sense of calm and clarity.

Each week, we’ll explore mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation in a way that feels approachable and real—with space for reflection, curiosity, and (in true Soma Soul style) a little bit of lightness along the way.
