As a newbie doing yoga and Pilates; I’ve never felt more welcomed. Judgmental free space, awesome instructors who have helped me learn the correct way to flow through yoga practices, and so much fun! Some places feel like you have to out do the other people, here you can show up authentically you. So glad I found soma soul!

I had been on the hunt for yoga studio and instructor to fall in love with for years. Then Molly launched Soma-Soul in my town! Problem solved! The vibe in this place is so welcoming. Music is amazing, with a balance between uplifting to relaxing. Molly is funny and gently gives you pose correction suggestions without making you feel self conscious. The online sign up process if very easy to complete. I was skeptical about a heated class, but kept an open mind and have discovered that it is really helpful in loosening your muscles but not blowing in your face or making you feel suffocated. I am continuously surprised that I am able to achieve poses and complete classes that I did not think I would be able to do. Molly and her other instructors are very encouraging and help you feel very accomplished each time you attend, improving your technique over time. I am recommending Soma-Soul to everyone. It's been the best health change I have made to my life in quite a while. Thank you, Molly!
