Welcome to Soma Soul Therapy, Yoga and Wellness!

Infrared-Heated Yoga, Therapy & Embodiment

Soma Soul was created as your healing haven — a cozy, come-as-you-are space where all bodies, identities, and stories are welcome. We are both a hot yoga studio and a therapy practice, intentionally designed to support healing of the body, mind, and nervous system.

Our yoga is infrared-heated, strength-building, and deeply embodied. We use heat and mindful movement to support mobility, resilience, and presence—helping you sweat with intention and reconnect to your body in a way that feels empowering and strong inside and out!

Our therapy is eclectic, trauma-informed, and radically human. We specialize in eating disorders, body image work, complex trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, supporting clients in building safety, self-trust, and a more compassionate relationship with their bodies and themselves.

We don’t do “powering through” here.
We do intentional heat, slowing down, tuning in, and trusting your body’s wisdom—whether you’re on the mat, on the couch, or moving between both.

This is the magic of embodiment — where healing feels human, not heavy.
Where you sweat, soften, strengthen, and surprise yourself.
Where you get to show up messy, real, and fully you.

Why Both?

Because healing doesn’t live in just one place.
Some days it happens through movement, sweat, and breath. Other days it happens through words, reflection, and being deeply seen. And often, it happens in the space between.

At Soma Soul, we believe in intentional heat—whether that’s our infrared-heated yoga studio, or the gentle (and sometimes uncomfortable) challenges that happen in the therapy office. Both are designed to help you stay present, build resilience, and grow—without forcing or fixing.

Together, they create a fuller, more sustainable path to healing.

We help teens and adults untangle from eating struggles, anxiety, trauma, and life’s messy transitions — and come home to themselves.

With a blend of DBT, ACT, IFS (and a lot of heart), we mix evidence-based tools with soul-deep healing. Body, mind, and magic — all welcome here.
